Since opening an auto parts store and becoming a boss, many people often lament: it's better to work, you won't lose money, you don't have to worry so much, and the things you do are relatively simple.

What the bosses are saying is simple, they probably want to say: the problems faced by working basically have a clear direction, as long as they are solved, it's enough.

For example, if someone wants goods, they will deliver them in a timely manner, and if they don't have them, they will transfer them from other stores; It's time to receive payment at the end of the month, so collect the accounts receivable. If they can't be collected, ask the boss to find a way and wait.

Simple problems usually have a clear 'enemy', as long as they are defeated, the problem will be solved.

2、 A dilemma problem

After opening your own store, you will realize that there are many problems that are not simple. They do not have a clear direction to solve, they can go left or right, and no one will tell you whether you are going in the right direction or not?

For example, when you opened a store, you thought to yourself that new energy vehicles are so popular now, so you should sell new energy parts. But when you really started working, you realized that this thing is really difficult to do, and there are very few people who come to the store to inquire about prices. At this point, you may wonder, should you continue to persist in making new energy vehicle parts? Or should we switch to using fuel car accessories? If you want to make fuel car parts, should we make full car parts or vulnerable parts? Original parts vs. secondary parts? International brands vs. domestic brands?

Which path is better to choose? No one tells you the answer to this question, you can only make your own choice.

We call this kind of problem a 'dilemma'. It doesn't have a clear direction, you can choose whatever you want, although people often say: choose the lighter of the two harms and the heavier of the two benefits. But no one will tell you which side is light and which side is heavy. This is a dilemma, you must make a choice between two directions.

And such trade-offs are very, very common in the real auto parts business.

In addition, besides the dilemma of what to do, how to do it is also a dilemma. Do you want to distribute goods to others? How much does it cost to store goods? Legitimate products have low profits, should we produce third-party or counterfeit parts? Should we consider our current life and death more? Should we consider future risks more? wait.

In addition to the dilemma of product selection, there are also many dilemmas when running a business. For example, should I drink the wine in the cup? Don't drink, I'm afraid others will say you're not good at it; Drink it, I can't handle the alcohol anymore, and my body feels uncomfortable after drinking it.

For example, should I go for singing, foot washing, or massage? Wait, no one will explicitly tell you whether these things are worth doing or not.

However, facing these issues, you will eventually make a choice. A more appropriate choice after weighing the pros and cons. When you make these choices, you won't have the feeling of victory after solving simple problems. You haven't defeated anyone, you just had no choice but to do so.

When you find out after a while that you can't get back the money for stocking, you've been fined for making counterfeit parts, and you've been drinking and staying up late for a long time, your health has deteriorated. You may think that it would have been better if you had chosen another direction back then. But it's just a thought. Anyway, if you choose, you choose. Adults are responsible for their own choices.

However, these dilemmas are not the most difficult, the difficult part is that some problems are complex and unsolvable.
